The staff at this office is the most helpful and friendly!!! I have been going to the Wilbraham Post office and they are the rudest, laziest bunch of employees i have ever come across. The post master takes the prize!!
Packages always missing , mail not delivered or delivered to the wrong house on completely different street just to mention a few issues. On several occasions this has happened; expecting a package, i check the tracking and it says delivered and NOT
i call office and they say "yea it will be there tomorrow if there isnt allot of mail in your box to leave it!!" What??? Walk yourself to the door and leave it!!!! LAZY!!
